Yes, and most guests do. You'll have a private consultation with Laura before you arrive, so by the first evening you'll feel like you know us, and the group is small enough that nobody stays a stranger for long.

Everything: your room, all meals, snacks and juices, the spa and pool, your treatments, all classes and walks, and your consultation. The only extras are anything you choose to buy on the day.

That's decided with you in your consultation. Massage, facials, reiki and manicures are all available, and we tailor them to what you'd like.

Comfortable clothes for classes and walks, swimwear, a warm layer for the evenings, and walking shoes. We provide robes, towels and slippers. Leave your laptop at home.

A glass of something is available in the evenings if you'd like one. It's your retreat.

Yes. Sarah of Secret Ingredients cooks every meal and works around allergies, intolerances and preferences. Tell us in your consultation.
